Child Online Safety Act

As we began the 2024 session, Palmetto Family made a commitment to strive to protect children from the cultural sexual religion and pornography.

Just moments ago, the Child Online Safety Act (H.3424) passed in the House of Representatives by a vote of 104-1.

The Child Online Safety Act requires websites that provide pornographic material put in place an age verification mechanism to ensure that minors cannot access the website.

This is a major step toward protecting South Carolina's children from the damaging effects of pornography.
This bill now heads to the Senate.

Make sure your state senator knows you support protecting children from the pervasive danger of pornography!
