Mitch Prosser

Interim President

Mitch is a passionate leader with a vision to connect pastors and equip them to engage the culture. Mitch is a gifted communicator and a strong voice for biblical values. He has been a part of state, local and federal election campaigns for nearly 20 years. Mitch served as the Director of Political and Policy Advancement for the Family Policy Alliance of Georgia before moving back to South Carolina in 2019. Mitch has a unique perspective concerning pastors and political engagement, since he has served as both a pastor and a political advisor.

He graduated from Piedmont International University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Leadership. Pastor Mitch was ordained into the ministry in 2008. Mitch married his college sweetheart, Christina, in 2007 and they have three boys, Ethan, Connor, and Graham. He enjoys spending time outdoors, watching college football, and reading.

Kevin Caiello

Operations Director

Kevin is a US Navy veteran and graduate of Columbia International University where he received his B.S. in Bible and M.A. in Intercultural Studies.

He joined the staff of Palmetto Family in 1994 as the first full-time employee, and other than a four year break to work in an evangelistic teen abstinence ministry, has worked for Palmetto Family ever since. His areas of responsibility include administration, technology and development.

Kevin resides in Lexington with his wife of 34 years. They homeschooled their three sons from K-12. Two are married and one is in graduate school. He is a member of Hope Church Columbia where he has served in International Student Ministry, Youth Ministry, Singles Ministry, Refugee Ministry and as a home group leader.

Justin Hall

Communications Director

Justin is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication. A lifelong South Carolinian, Justin has previously worked in the communications side of the sports industry, as well as the education sector before joining Palmetto Family in July of 2021.

His areas of responsibility include social media management, website administration, editor and producer of the Palmetto Family Podcast Network, editing and producing the Palmetto Family Matters Magazine, and communication with state and national media outlets.

Justin resides in the town of Pine Ridge with his lovely wife, Leah. You can find both Justin and Leah ministering at their church, Calvary Chapel Columbia, as well as watching college football (he's a Gamecock, she's a Clemson Tiger), and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
