S.C's Human Life Protection Act

The Human Life Protection Act (H.3774) has passed in the S.C. House of Representatives in a bipartisan 83-31 vote.

This bill establishes that life begins at conception, includes exceptions for rape, incest and fatal fetal anomaly. It also lays out, as the bill in the summer did, the necessary medical conditions that women may face during pregnancy.

This strong pro-life bill is now headed to the S.C. Senate where it faces staunch opposition.

We need you to reach out to your Senator and encourage them to take up H.3774, send it to committee, and bring it to the senate floor for a vote.
