Let’s turn the tide of ungratefulness this Thanksgiving by being thankful for our faith, family and friends.

Just like the Christmas season, #GivingTuesday seems to start earlier and earlier each year. By the time #GivingTuesday actually rolls around, you probably feel like you’ve spent most of your days simply pressing the “delete” button in your email inbox. I know I feel that way.

For that exact reason, I wrestled with writing this post. Most who are reading this post don’t need a reminder to be generous with their money because they already go so far and above. Many of you, also, have graciously included Palmetto Family in your giving. Just like Mrs. Jones (her name was changed to maintain anonymity) who sent us a letter earlier this year that read:

“Dear Friends at Palmetto Family,

Your work is such a blessing to S.C.! I’m a 96-year-old minister’s widow – and am just back home from the hospital. That’s why I’m sending you a check for 4 months instead of 1 month as usual.

My prayers are with you.”

Let me say a hearty “THANK YOU!” for your sacrifice and confidence in us!

Few things are more exciting to us than the confidence Mrs. Jones and our supporters place in us. It motivates us to continue the hard work of making South Carolina a place where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive and life is cherished. That confidence and motivation has paid off, by the way — no organization in South Carolina can compare to Palmetto Family’s successful record of defending faith, family and freedom.

And only because our record is truly unparalleled is why I have full confidence to write this post. Every day, Palmetto Family battles powerful opponents who wish to turn South Carolina away from its Biblical heritage. I do not exaggerate when I say that almost all of these opponents have millions of dollars more than Palmetto Family at their disposal. It’s only by God’s grace and the help of our supporters that has allowed us to halt their assault.

Because the battle only continues to grow fiercer, Palmetto Family needs more help than ever before. If Biblical values in South Carolina are going to continue to be protected and advanced, we need your partnership.

Would you please prayerfully consider investing some of your resources toward the effort of making South Carolina a great place to live and raise a family? #GivingTuesday is a great time to help, but it’s not the only time your money will make a difference. A generous Palmetto Family donor has committed to matching every donation we receive until the end of 2017. Simply put, your gift will now mean double – double the impact, double the effectiveness.

We ask you to join the effort today by making a secure donation here or by clicking the graphic below. We promise your gift will be used wisely to accomplish the all-important task at hand!
